Ubud Palace

UBUD PALACE is the palace of the Ubud royal family. It serves as a cultural repository of arts, dance and literature. The palace is featuring well-preserved Balinese architecture and a  charming garden setting.  The Ubud Palace, officially Puri Saren Agung, is a historical building complex situated in Ubud. The palace was the official residence of the royal family of Ubud.

 The Ubud Royal Palace is best known among lovers of Balinese arts as one of the main sites to view traditional dance performances. The performance stage has a backdrop of ornate angkul-angkul (traditional gate and guardian statues).

Ubud Tradtional Art Market

UBUD MARKET is a one stop place to shop for souvenirs to take home. The items sold are very unique because they are typically Balinese, and some are unavailable elsewhere.

Ubud Traditionl Art Market is locally referred to as 'Pasar Seni Ubud' is located opposite the Puri Saren Royal Palace Ubud and is open daily. Ubud Art Market is the best art market in Bali, where you can find beautiful silk scarves, lightweight shirts, handmade woven bags, baskets or hats; statues, kites and many other hand-crafted goods.

 The location of the Ubud Traditional Art Market which is centred among the art producing villages, and being just opposite the royal palace which is a centre point to Ubud itself, make it a strategic shopping place for Balinese handicrafts and souvenirs.

Ubud Stage - Balinese Dance

Balinese dance is a beautiful and ancient art form highly regarded by the Balinese, and so emblematic of Bali itself. It's truly one of the most unique things to do in Ubud. Ubud hosts traditional and gamelan dance performances daily at some stages. 

There are many stage for dance and also therre is  time schedule  for the dance.

Tour starts at 14.30 - return around 22.00.
