Leave from Kuta at 01.00 am to Pura Jati (starting point). It takes about 2 hours. Leave Pura Jati at 03.00 am to climb to Batur II. From Pura Jati to Batur II takes 2 hours with relax walk. We climb in the darkness to reach the Batur II down at the view over the lake. See sunrise at 6 o’clock. The activities before sunrise is enjoy ho tea or coffee and toast for breakfast.
After sunrise explore interesting object around Batur II : Big crater when erupt 1804, holly hot spring and bat cave temple, than continue trekking to Batur III. A long this trek we enjoy spectacular view in an easy trek about 30 minutes. In this place we find magic kitchens.
From this place we can also see the small dering crater IV. From summit III continue to another trek down through a rim where you can see a crater of 1963 eruption. The end of trek is sandy trill on which you get down in ski-like motion. And this is another experience that every trekker will not miss.
